Working Principle:
Fluidized(Fluidised) bed opposed jet mill works with cyclone separator, dust collector and suction fan to form a complete grinding system.Compressed air flow after filtration and drying would go into milling chamber from nozzles, and meet in the center area, where material would be impacted and ground and sheared.
After grinding the powder will be through the suction fan air flow up to the classification chamber.The high speed rotation of the grinding wheel of the classifier produces a strong centrifugal force to separate the coarse powder and fine powder. The qualified fine powder will pass through the blades into the cyclone separator or dust collector, and the mixture of coarse powder and fine powder will drop down to the milling chamber for re-milling.
