Material
our iron doors are made of 12-14 gauge heavy steel with 5/8" solid iron for scrollwork

Door frame
door frames are square and leveled before the ball bearings hinges are positioned and welded


Door Accessories

1.Ball Bearing: ball bearing hinges for easy opening, can each hold 1000 pounds of weight.
2.Brackets: brackets on door jamb allow for easy installation
3.Flush-bolts: flush-bolts are used on the inactive side of the double door units.
4.Weather Stripping: the iron door is sealed with weather stripping to store energy
5.Polyurethane foam: the door is injected with high density polyurethane foam for insulation
Threshold

1" thick (25.4mm) , welded to frame, slopes down making sure water is flowing away outside
Lock

doors are pre-bored with 2-3/8″ backset, 2-1/8″ diameter, 5-1/2″ center to center, we can also help install your lock if you send to us.

Color Options
Selecting the proper finish to embellish the beauty of your wrought iron door is an important artistic decision. We offer a variety of finishes so that you can pick one that best fits your needs. Besides that, custom color is acceptable.
Glass Options
All of the iron doors include 5/8"(5mm+9mm+5mm) dual paned insulated tempered glass and frame. The glass is hinged in a separate frame and opens for easy cleaning and ventilation.
Handle Options
The pull handles come with a Baldwin deadbolt for security and are given a finish to match your door. Various handle options to choose from to make your decision simple and easy.
