China Customized Lathe Faceplate

1. Face plates to be mounted onto facing lathes with diameters upto 3000mm. These face plates or large chucks can be customized to fit on the lathe nose which is to receive it. Frequently internationally recognized A2-15, A2-20, A2-28, C, D types etc. specifications are made on these faceplates' ports connected to lathe noses, but on request, we can specially made the faceplates' ports to fit on any types of machine spindle ends. For example these faceplates can have very larges bore to to fit on a machine on which large-diameter pipe passes through the spindle bore during clamping and processing;
2. High quality close-grained GG-25, GG-30 cast iron made, or casting steel made to request from customers;
3. Custom made to fit the spindle noses on the customers' lathes.
