China Customized T-Slotted Machine Tool Sub Plate

1. Sub plates for CNC machining centers to work as a base for clamping workpieces. It can always customized as per the actual requirements in applications.
2. Cast iron (grey cast iron or nodular cast iron) in grades such as GG-25, GG-30 etc. Or steel plate are used to manufacture these sub plates. Twice annealing heatreatment are taken on these sub plates to eliminate the internal stress to a minimum to maintain a high accuracy on the sub plate for a long time;
3. T-slots, and other types of slots can be cut on these sub plates. Dimensions of T-slot can be made to DIN 650 specifications or specified by the customers. Surface high flatness accuracy can be made to DIN 876/0 grade or just customer requirements;
4. A drawing for the sub plate is always welcomed, we do well in custom making these sub plates;
