Matching Robot: JR six-axis robot
The industrial robot system uses Wasu HSR-JR603-C30 system, which includes the robot body, control cabinet, teach pendant, and robot connection cable. The HSR-JR603 industrial robot has an arm span of 571.5mm, a load capacity of 3KG, and a maximum running speed of 3m/s at the end. Unskilled operators need to set the robot motion speed (manual/automatic) to the lowest level through the teach pendant before use to prevent improper operation from damaging the human body and equipment.
Workbench
The standard workbench fixes the installation height of the robot and its external equipment and facilities in a posture that is more suitable for the operator's operating habits. At the same time, it provides installation holes for the industrial robot control cabinet and the electrical control components of the robot's external facilities, and can accommodate air compressors. The standard workbench is built with standard industrial aluminum profiles, and the industrial robot and its peripheral equipment are all connected with standard profile accessories, which is convenient and quick to disassemble and deploy.
Fixture module

Belt conveyor module
It is mainly composed of belt conveyor, workpiece loading detection sensor, and workpiece arrival detection sensor. The belt conveyor is driven by a 0-3000rpm DC motor, and the motion reduction ratio is 1:50. The belt line can be controlled by PLC to control the analog value to adjust the speed, and can control the start and stop.
Assembly module
The assembly module provides accurate operating positions for the robot to assemble parts and components, and is mainly composed of a telescopic cylinder and a workpiece positioning clamping block.
Storage module
The storage module contains 4 layers * 3 storage locations, the maximum storage size of workpieces is 65mm in diameter * 100mm in height; the lower two layers are equipped with a total of 6 workpiece detection sensors with a maximum detection distance of 15mm. The sensor signals are integrated in the remote IO module and PLC controller Signal interaction through modbus_TCP. It is used to place the workpieces and finished products of the robot joint assembly. The upper two layers are not equipped with sensors, which can be used to store the workpieces of complex process programming.
