1.Computer and PLC programmable control, servo drive, high automation degree;

3.Automatic tension control of raw material, ensuring the even tension of raw material;

4.Optoelectronic sensor for detecting raw material, automatic stop and alarm when material breaks, avoiding mistake and reducing waste;

5.Be able to produce main body of face mask with 1~4 lays (active carbon material can be used as stuffing);

6.With counters for total production and for each batch; the quantity for each batch is randomly settable;

7.Be compatible with different masks of 95mm in width and 145~180mm in length by replacing other different die (optional);

8.The frame of whole machine adopts aluminum alloy, beautiful appearance and durability;

9.Adjustable folding device and designable welding point;
