AT-3 Full-automatic Flat Face Mask Machine is a full-automatic high-speed flat face mask machine without ear loop welding, including automatic feeding, automatic folding, delivering, cutting of nose bridge bar, edge melting, ultrasonic bonding, shaping and cutting.

Manual Feeding of Raw Materials onto Rack

Folding/Edge Rolling/Edge Melting

The machine folds and reshape nonwoven fabric and then cut the nose bridge bar.
Whiling closing the edge, the machine melts the sides and end faces.
Finally, it cuts the dealt nonwoven fabric into slices.

Transporting onto Conveying Chain

Features:

* Computer and PLC programmable control, servo drive, high automation degree;
* Full-automatic operation except manual feeding of rolls of raw materials onto rack;
* Automatic tension control of raw material, ensuring the even tension of raw material;
* Optoelectronic sensor for detecting raw material, automatic stop and alarm when material breaks, avoiding mistake and reducing
waste;
* Be able to produce main body of face mask with 1~4 lays (active carbon material can be used as stuffing);
* With counters for total production and for each batch; the quantity for each batch is randomly settable;
* Be compatible with different masks of 95mm in width and 145~180mm in length by replacing other different die (optional);
* The frame of whole machine adopts aluminum alloy, beautiful appearance and durability;
* Adjustable folding device and designable welding point;
* Stable performance, low failure ratio, beautiful appearance and durability.
