Integrated Steel Bioreactor with Membrane Dome for Biogas Project and Storage
The integrated bioreactor with membrane dome is composed of anaerobic digestion tank and two layers of membrane storage dome. The outer membrane is always pressurized to form the shape of gasholder (1/3 sphere) and protect the inner membrane. Gas generated from anaerobic fermentation is saved between the inner membrane and fluid surface of the tank. Generally it can be integrated with assembled tank, welding tank and cement tank to be used in biogas project.
Our two membrane gasholder domes are primarily used in industrial and agriculture applications and install quickly and easily on a newly constructed or pre-existing digester tank. In order to help ensure the long lasting life for the gasholder domes, a net support system is available. The net support system is designed to support the gas membrane during operation and installation.
It is needed to ensure the gas membrane does not come into contact with the mixers, or any abrasive solids in the slurry.
