1. SACG320 Semi-Automatic Cylindrical Grinder is suitable for grinding cylindrical or conical parts for its accuracy IT6-IT5, and adaptable for batch or mass production
2. Worktable longitudinal travel is hydraulically driven at infinitely-variable-speed, or by handwheel
3. Wheelhead cross travel provided with hydraulic rapid advance & withdrawal, and cross-feed provided with plunge-cut semi-auto cycle and intermittent semi-auto cycle, and handwheel feed also available
4. Workpiece, wheel, hydraulic fluid pump and coolant pump respectively driven by their individual motor
5. Cylindrical grinding cycle driven by electric controlled hydraulic. As required by customers, capable of being equipped with in-process measuring gauge, ZDW-L80 made in domestically or MARPOSS MICROMAR made in Italy
6. This machine is equipped with PC program controller
7. Wheel dresser mounted on the tailstock, with dressing mount adjustable by hand.
