Brief introduction
Spiral sand washer are widely used for distributing ore in the close circuit with ball mill, grading ore and fine slit in the gravity mill, grading granularity in the flow of metal ore-dressing and desliming and dehydrating in the washing.

Working principle
The screw washer adopts inclination of 15°, under the water tub, three weir plates form the sediment pool,
the screw head is immersed in this pool, the screw is driven by the electric motor through reducer rotating
continuously.
The material pours in from the end of input,the spiral impeller rotates by the driven of the motor and the reducer, and then push the material inside the hopper close to the end of output. Thus,under the action of being advanced,mixed and the flushing water,the mud wrapped on the material and the impurity go separately.
Finally, the separated fine sands are discharged from the discharging port under the advancing movement of the spiral. Thus,the continuous work of washing sand is finished again and again. promptly carries off the impurity and the small proportion of foreign matters,and discharge from the overflow port tank washer,
completes the cleaning action.
The clean sand and crushed stone are carried off by the leaf blade,and finally poured into the discharge chute from the revolving impeller, completes the cleaning action.

Advantages of silica sand washing process

(1) Extracting the fine material in the raw material slurry firstly can effectively reduce the load of the subsequent equipment and reduce the type of the equipment, thereby achieving the purpose of small investment and small floor space, reducing wear and tear on the equipment and prolonging the service life.

(2) The fine sand recovery machine has reasonable waterway design, including backwater regulation and overflow regulation, which makes the recovery effect of the whole machine more ideal. The internal structure of the concentration tank is designed according to the principle of fluid dynamics, fully considering turbulence and settlement. In other aspects, in the case of the same amount of processing, the volume is smaller, and the amount of flocculating agent is more economical; the filter press adopts fully automatic program-controlled pulling plate technology, and a pressure gauge and an overpressure protection reflux device are installed at the feeding port, which is effective. The protection device components and the filter cloth do not work under overload conditions.
