Structure Introduction:

The machine is mainly consisted of the rubber-cutting knife, rack, operating cylinder, base, auxiliary workbench, hydraulic system and electrical system.

Main Features:

1,The machine is mainly suitable for cutting the natural rubber, synthetic rubber and other plastic materials, especially suitable for being installed next to the mixer for cutting the small rubber blocks.

2,When cutting the raw rubber,put the raw rubber under the rubber knife,then press the start button ,the knife can cut the rubber.

3,the base under the rubber-cutting knife is equipped with the nylon plate (or casting lead pad), so as to protect the blade of the rubber-cutting knife.

4,Two limit switches are installed on the frame to control the reversal valve to change the movement direction of the rubber knife,at the same time it protects the cover of the cylinder.
