The friction block for cutting machine/Corrugated machine/facer is a rigid moulded product grey in colour utilising Kevlar fibres and a high percentage of brass chippings. This material offers excellent thermal resistance, compression and exhibits outstanding stability under heavy loads, at the same time maintaining a high resistance to wear.
The friction material has been specifically designed for use on medium to heavy duty industrial brake/clutch applications, especially gear tooth facings, mechanical drivers and any application requiring a high strength low wear material.
