Making base structure of porcelain crown and bridge restoration
Main features:
Without adding beryllium and cadmium, it has strong corrosion resistance, good fluidity, and high Young's modulus (190GPa), enough to resist the elastic deformation of the restoration.
This product made the strength test of the combination of porcelain and metal with VITA (Germany), brand code VMK95, linear expansion coefficient (13.3 ~ 13.8) 10-6K-1 and IVOCLAR (Liechtenstein), brand code IPS-Classic, , and passed YY 0621 -2008 standard.

Main components: Nickel: 63.6%, Chromium: 22.9%, Molybdenum: 11.3%
Liquidus temperature: 1360°C
Solid line temperature: 1260°C
Non-proportional elastic limit stress Rp0.2: ≥ 250 MPa
Elongation at break: ≥3%
Linear expansion coefficient (α25-500°C): 13.8x10-6K-1
Density: 8.2g/cm3
