Main Features:
1. Our Denture base Acrylic Resin ( Type II self curing) has four colors ( including normal and bionic color) and up to fourteen specifications are available.
2. We use high quality raw materials which makes finished products are more natural and lifelke; also has features of ideal working time. good performance and great biocompatibility.
3. Bionic Denture base powder use imported polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) resin as main component. give itself the Veined Bio-shade and great performance, but also not easy to have bubbles and have more natural and transparent shade.
Technique specification ( self curing denture base power TYPE II ( normal shade))
1. There should be no precipitates or impurities in the liquid and no outside solid impurities
2. No pores can be observed visually after polymerization.
3. Ultimate flexural strength ≥ 60 Mpa.
4. Flexural modulus of elasticity ≥ 1500 Mpa.
5. Residual monomer content ≤ 4.5%.
6. Water absorption ≤ 8.0μg/mm3.
7. Dissolution value ≤ 32 μg/mm3.
