Silicone Rubber for Art Work Craft Molding is a kind of flowing liquid, if customers want to make large products and large size moulds, the mould should be made of silicone with low hardeness. The amount of curing agent depends on the actual requirements of the customer. If mould require fast drying and demould, more curing is needed.
(Note: We don't recommend you to add silicone oil, if a special soft silicon mould or fine detailed and complex patterns products are required, 5%~10% silicon oil could be added to soften the mould for easy demould. )

It is due to product or model to be molded should hasn't been sanded or polished. If the mold or product is not sanded or polished, the mold made of whatever quality silicone rubber will not be good and smooth enough since the mold or the product itself is not smooth or perfect. Another case is that uneven brushing of the release agent will also bring about unsmoothness of the mold.
