Working Principle of Spiral Classifier
Spiral classifier is by means of solid particles of different sizes, the difference of proportion, therefore the principles of different velocity in the liquid, fine mineral particles floating in the water overflow out and coarse mineral particles sink to bottom. It is discharged from the screw into the top, to a hierarchical classification of mechanical equipment, It can level in the filter by the material powder what the mill grind, then it screwed coarse material into the feeding port of mill by the use of the rotary vane of helix piece, and discharge the fine material filtering out from the overflow pipe. The seat of the machine adopts channel steel and body adopts armor plate and the spiral axle adopts cast iron, so it's durable.
