Raw materials
Each batch of raw material which produced by our specified steel factory have to be inspected the surface.
We will inspect the inner hole for each batch, test the hardness for each batch, test the chemical component for each batch, also do the tensile test for each batch of raw material and mark each batch with different color for storing.
Production line
JBCZ was the first company that used CNC machine to produce couplers in China. It passes TA1-A &B ,UK international and ASTM Type2 test.
