This product uses high quality methacrylate resin as raw material and made by unique hot pressing process to create its excellent hardness and wear resistance.
Technique specification
1, Color and fusion - the color of the anterior teeth and posterior teeth compared with product shades, there is no significant difference and clear dividing line on the edge of teeth.
2, Pores and other defects - there should be no pores or defects on the surface of the crown.
3, The surface finish - smooth surface, shiny, non-porous, after polishing can be restored to the original finish
4. Strong adhesion to denture base polymer.
5. Color stability - There is no a perceptible color change on the teeth no matter whether the part of teeth under the light or not.
6. it's made by use unique corrosion-resistant alloy steel composite mold and twice hot pressing process
7, Excellent anti-blanching, anti-deformation and anti-crack properties
8. Dimensional stability - After the heat treatment of the denture base, the variation of the middle diameter of a single tooth should be within ±2% of the original size.
