Four. Equipment structure and system configuration
1.Overview: This production line is mainly composed of automatic feeding mechanism, folding forming mechanism, knurling and blanking mechanism, air control system and electronic control system.
2.Automatic feeding mechanism: Powered by a motor, the pressure roller drives the fabric to be transported forward;

5. Air control system: Compressed gas from an external source is purified by a precision water-gas separator. The pressure can be adjusted to provide a good gas environment for each circuit component. The valve body controls the accuracy of the cylinder piston. Position, using high-quality pneumatic components to ensure the sensitivity and stability of various actions during long-term use.
6. frame: the main frame of the equipment, the transmission line, etc. are assembled from aluminum profiles, and at the same time, warning signs are placed on the parts involved in personal safety.
