Working Principle
*Washing: The bucket is driven by the motor through the reducer and rotates in circle. There are many sand storage web grooves and bucket screen for sand storage and primary dewatering. When the bucket moves, sand can be put out by sand storage web groove after being cleaned in the cleaning tank and primary dewatered on the bucket screen.
*Recycling: Flowing slurry water is extracted by slurry pump, fine sand is collected by the centrifugal force of the cyclone, then fed to the polyurethane screen from the apex spray. The 0.16-3mm fine sand and water are efficiently separated through the vibration screen.
*Dewatering: coarse sand (3-10mm) and fine sand (0.16-3mm) are fed onto polyurethane vibrating screen for dewatering.

Packaging & Delivery
Standard packing is adopted in our company. The products should be processed to be rustproof and moisture proof before delivery. The surface of the machines should be processed smoothly and carefully. Big parts of the goods will be wrapped in the plastic sheet, and the small parts are packed into the wooden boxes.

1. Can you tell us your Quality control?
A: All the equipment are produced according to national and international standards, nonstandard equipment will be produced by the drawings confirmed by clients. LZZG Machinery strictly follows ISO 9001: 2008 Quality Management System.All equipment will be test for at least 8 hours in the factory before delivery. There is record in computer for each equipment, spares can be easily confirmed when it is necessary.
2. May I know the way of payment in your company?
A: LZZG offers various ways of payment, T/T, L/C, West union, etc. All can be negotiated.
3. How about your delivery time?
A: Normal delivery time within 7-10 working days, complete production line or larger equipment may take longer. Exact delivery shall be confirmed when place the order.
4. I' d like to know the trade terms.
A: Typically EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR, DAF follows International Rules for the Interpretation of Trade Terms 2010(INCOTERMS 2010).
5. Please talk about the Shipping lines.
A: Priority rule based on clients' request, and freight cost, service, shipping date, date of arrival shall be considered.
6. How is your installation?
A: LZZG has many experienced technicians with passports ready to go for installation, when installation service is needed, the client should pay for technicians' round way air tickets, salary(shall be confirmed before leaving), food and lodging, most importantly to guarantee the technicians' safety.
7. Could you tell us something about the equipment warranty?
A: Equipment from LZZG with 12 months warranty, can be extended to 24 months as request.
