Waterborne Inorganic Zinc Rich Coatings

A two-component product prepared by zinc powder, silicate, and special additives.

This product is long-lasting anticorrosive coating. It has triple anticorrosive effects on steel surface, which are cathodic protective effect, passivation effect, and covering effect.The resin of BJ waterborne inorganic zinc rich coating is prepared by grafting silicates with waterborne resin. Silicate resin can not only form silicate network, but also bond with metal and form complex, which is strongly adhesive to metal substrate. Coating is dense and anti-abrasive due to silicate network structure. Inorganic coating has good thermal resistance. Easy to weld, the substrate can be welded even with coating without blistering, exfoliation. The coating will not crackle even applied each coating thicker than 100 μm.

Health and Safety

Read safety direction on package carefully. Operate this product in ventilated condition, avoid over inhaling paint mist and spills on skin or eyes. If coating splashes on skin, rinse with proper detergent or soap water. If splash into eyes by accident, call emergence medical service immediately.
