There are 7 steps rust-proof treatments for all of our doors: Sand blasted, Zinc coated, Anti-corrosive primer (twice), Intermediate coat, Top coat, Faux finish, Clear lacquer.

Door Details
5/8" solid iron scroll work


Our doors are primarily constructed of 12-14 gauge steel, with hand forged 5/8" ( 16mmx16mm ) solid iron scroll work for a more appealing look and added security. Steel is used in the door panels, jamb and window frames. Not only are they exceptional in their beauty, but our iron doors are exceptional in craftsmanship and durability, as well.


Dual Pane Insulated Tempered Glass Window


All our doors include 5/8” (5mm+6mm+5mm) dual paned insulated tempered glass and window frame. Tempered glass is heat-treated to potentially minimize injury in case of a window shattering. Insulated Glass: Two pieces of glass spaced apart by a metal strip and sealed with rubber to create a more weatherproofed joint.

Ball Bearing Hinges



Heavy duty ball bearing hinges for easy opening, each can hold up 1000 lbs, 4 ball bearing hinges for a standard 96" tall door. Fully enclosed heavy duty ball bearing hinges with grease fittings.
Pre-drilled Double Bore 


We can install your pointed lock. If purchased without our lockset, double lock holes will be pre-bored in each door with 2-1/8″ boring, 2-3/8″ backset, 5-1/2″ center to center per the standard.




Weather Stripping & Door Sweep


Weather-strip:The flexible strips surrounding the door panel designed to impede airflow and reduce moisture when the door is closed. Rubber Weather Stripping installed around the door frame, the glass frame and T-astragal for energy saving. Door Sweep is also included at the bottom of door.




Mounting Bracket


Mounting Bracket, also named Mounting Tab, welded from the egde of the jamb for for easy and secure installation.

Diameter of each bore is Φ13mm.

Flush Bolt 


Flush Bolt: A bolt that is flush with the face or edge of the door when retracted.  Extension flush bolts are used on double door units, installed on the top and bottom. The flush bolt is the mechanism that locks the passive door of a double door unit. One flush bolt locks into the top of the doorframe and the bottom flush bolt locks into the threshold/floor.



Roller Catch & Deadbolt


The roller catch holds the door in the close position so the wind does not blow the door open when the door is closed. Our pull handles come with a Baldwin deadbolt. Deadbolt is a locking mechanism distinct from a spring bolt lock because a deadbolt cannot be moved to the open position except    by rotating the lock cylinder with the key.
Polyurethane Foam 


Polyurethane foam refers to a number of different types of foam consisting of polymers made of molecular chains bound together by urethane links. It can be flexible or rigid, but has a low density. Our entire door ( jamb, panel, theshold, kickplate ) is fully injected with high density polyurethane foam for insulation.



Integrated Threshold 



Threshold: The bottom sill of the door unit which acts as the bottom of the frame unit and achieves the water and air barrier that meets with the door sweep. All our doors come with threshold welded to the frame. Integrated threshold with door jamb for integral strength and rigidity for lasting years of wear.

Finish Option
Selecting the proper finish to embellish the beauty of your wrought iron door is an important artistic decision.We offer a variety of finishes so that you can pick one that best fits your needs. Besides that,  custom color is also acceptable.
Glass Option
All our doors include a 5/8"(5mm+6mm+5mm) dual paned insulated tempered glass and frame. Tempered glass is four times tougher than regular glass,so that when broken, it crumbles into small blunt chunks to reduce the risk of injury. Glass is openable for ventilating and easy cleaning.We have the following options to choose from.
Handle Option
Wrought Iron pull handles have a more traditional look and are very attractive. The pull handles come with a Baldwin deadbolt for security and are given a finish to match your door. We offer eight handle options to choose from to make your decision simple and easy. Also handles can be custom fabricated if required.
