Door frame

Door frames are square and leveled before the luxurious ball bearings hinges are positioned and welded thereby ensuring a smooth operation of the door.
Glass Window
All of our doors include a dual paned tempered glass and frame.The glass is hinged in a separate frame and opens for easy cleaning and ventilation.
Weather stripping

To stored energy and prevent air leakage ,the iron door is sealed with weather stripping,
Hinges
Ball bearing hinges for easy opening, can each hold 1000 pounds of weight.
Mounting tabs
Brackets on door jamb allow for easy installation.
Polyurethane foam
The entire door is injected with high density polyurethane foam for insulation.
Welding
Most welding is performed from the inside in order not to alter smooth finish line


Threshold

Sill thickness is 1". All doors come with wrought iron threshold welded to the frame.Threshold slopes down making sure water is flowing away outside

Handle & Lock 
Handle and lock is up to your option. We can install your lock if you send us a lock sample. Doors are pre-bored with 2-3/4″ backset, 2-1/8″ diameter, 5-1/2″ center to center.
Flush Bolts
Flush-bolts are used on the inactive side of the double door units.

Finish Options
Selecting the proper finish to embellish the beauty of your wrought iron door is an important artistic decision.We offer a variety of finishes so that you can pick one that best fits your needs. Besides that,  custom color is also acceptable.
Glass Options
All our doors include a 5/8"(5mm+6mm+5mm) dual paned insulated tempered glass and frame. Tempered glass is four times tougher than regular glass,so that when broken, it crumbles into small blunt chunks to reduce the risk of injury. Glass is openable for ventilating and easy cleaning.We have the following options to choose from.
Handle Options
Wrought Iron pull handles have a more traditional look and are very attractive. The pull handles come with a Baldwin deadbolt for security and are given a finish to match your door. We offer eight handle options to choose from to make your decision simple and easy. Also handles can be custom fabricated if required.
Packing & Delivery
Packing Details : Each component packed separately: sidelights, transom, the frame and the door.
                          ※ The frame is wrapped with layers of EPE+Bubble wrap.
                          ※ The door panel is packed with EPE(PE Foam)+Bubble wrap+pallet.                 
Delivery Details:  28-35 days after receipt of deposit.

A: It depends on the order quantity. Usually, the lead time for a 20ft container is about 28-35 days.

A: All our doors carry a LIFETIME STRUCTURAL WARRANTY, 10 years warranty on bearings, hinges and latches, 5 years warranty on the finish and 5 years warranty on glass.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: T/T and L/C. Order≤5000USD, 100% in advance ; Order≥5000USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shippment.
