ZTD flue gas desulfurization pump was elaborately designed to meet the requirements of wet process FGD of limestone(lime) and gypsum for coal fired power plants.The hydraulic models of ZTD desulfurization pump is optimized designed by CFD,and its passage is designed under the theory of abrasion of slurry pump.The wetted parts material for ZTD desulfurization pump is an anti-abrasive and anti-corrosive material which was developed by Zigong Pump itself. The biggest diameter of ZTD series is 900 mm at present, and it is widely used in the flue gas desulfurization and denitration process of power plant and other environment protection projects.
