Countercurrent leaching equipment for extracting vessel group
Single vessel leaching method (single vessel Decoction method, single vessel impregnation method, single vessel circulating impregnation method, etc.) is a traditional and backward method. There are many shortcomings, such as large amount of leaching solvent, large volume of leaching, large volume of equipment required, large energy consumption, large occupied workshop surface area and space, large workload of post-treatment process, and human resource. Large man-hour consumption and poor economic benefits.
In order to overcome these shortcomings, many countercurrent leaching processes have been established by applying countercurrent leaching principle in modern industrial production. Among them, the following are mainly introduced:
Vessel group countercurrent leaching method: This method uses a certain number of leaching vessels, connecting them with each other by pipes, forming vessel group together. During the leaching process, the leachate gradually flows from the first vessel to the last vessel. The first vessel is the last vessel after leaching many times and discharging residue, then loading new material. The former 2nd vessel becomes the 1st vessel, and the former 6th vessel becomes the 5th vessel.
By analogy, the leaching solution of the first vessel with new solvent reached the maximum concentration from the sixth vessel, while the effective component of the first vessel was the lowest because of the maximum number of leaching times. In this process, the leaching solution and the residue move towards the opposite state, so it is called countercurrent leaching method of vessel group.
The principle is to use a small amount of volume in one part at a time, so that each solvent flows from the first vessel to the last vessel, so that each solvent is used many times, so that the concentration of the leaching solution from the last vessel reaches the maximum, and the residue in the vessel is leached many times, so that the effective ingredients in the residue can be lowered to the lowest level.
This method can greatly reduce the amount of solvent and the total volume of leachate, and the yield of leachate is high and the economic benefit is good. Vessel group leaching process can also be divided into two kinds: impregnation vessel group method and extraction vessel group method. The leaching method of impregnated vessel group has a tendency to gradually replace the leaching method of impregnated vessel group because the leaching effect of impregnated vessel group is inferior to that of extraction vessel group.(The following shows the leaching process of extraction vessel group.)
