Descriptions
The cyclone dust collector is the process of separating particles of pollutants from the gas by centrifugal forces produced by rotating dusty air streams. When dust laden air enters the cyclone dust collector from the air inlet pipe, the air flow changes from linear motion to circular motion. Most of the rotating air flows downward along the cylinder wall and cylinder and flows toward the cone. This is often called an external cyclone. Dust containing gas to produce centrifugal force during rotation, the density is greater than the gas particles thrown to the wall, and the particles once touch the wall, will lost the inertial force and only by the momentum on the entrance velocity and gravity drop along the wall and into the whereabouts of ash pipe. The outward Rotation air of rotating downward swirling moves toward the center of the dust collector when it reaches the vertebral body, and its tangential velocity increases continuously. When the air reaches a certain position at the lower end of the vertebral body, it rotates from the bottom of the cyclone in the same rotating direction and continues to do the spiral motion. Finally, the purified gas is removed from the exhaust pipe.Features
