Door Frame Seal / Batwing Seal /Smoke Seal

A range of acoustic and smoke perimeter seal, which is co-extrusion from Co-extruded rigid PVC

with flexible fins .It has a high resistance on impact and it is designed for protect against sound,

cold smoke, draught and Light.

Tested to BS476 Part 20 with FD60 door assembly and Acoustic test to ASTM E90 with acoustic

doorset in conjunction with Auto Door Bottom Seal achieved to 40 db. The cyclic tested over

1, 00,000 cycles in meeting the performance.

Location:

Around rebated frames of single and double leaf doors or windows.

Min/Max Gap:

3mm to 5.5mm

Fixing:

Supplied aggressive self -adhesive backing tape on both sides. (The surface must clean, smooth )3mm x 6mm deep kerf groove, push-in locking fit.

Seal Material:

Co-extruded rigid PVC with flexible fins.

Standard Length:

2.1m and 2.2 m, special length could customized

Color:
