This assembly line is designed for auto assembling and producing generator stator and front cover. It includes the following workstations: Rubber washer and stator loading station, centring and stator hold-down station, auto injecting to space between stator and front cover station, glue heat-curing station, workpiece quick-cooling station, glue hardness test station, unloading test and finished product unload station. There are only two people on this line for checking load and unload at the first and second stations. The rest stations are designed into automation. Workpieces are carried by pallet between every two workstations; And spare parts by front-feeding device to workstations as required.Function and Features
1. There is material auto lifter device for loading and unloading workstation. Humanity facilities not only improve productivity but also reduce labor intensity.
2. By adopting hydraulic coaxial external expansion centring device and precise torque screw assembly system, it can ensure the assembly axiality of stator and front cover less than or equal to 0.1mm.
3. With automatic double-glue hybrid control system from German, the proportion, uniformity and filling volume of glue mixture can be controlled.
4. Dry oven is designed to four independent heating types, which can control the temperature for workpiece at every stage. Heating warehouse has very good heat preservation effect.
5. Quick-cooling device has used air-cooled compress technology. The basic principle is to provide high-voltage cooling air through cooling device, and cool the surface of workpiece through duct.Technical Parameter
