Chemical corrosion sites.Structural characteristicsThe ring net cabinet is a metal enclosed structure, and the basic cabinet frame is formed by bending and assembling high-quality thin steel plate or aluminum-zinc plate. The upper part of the cabinet is a bus chamber, the main bus is placed horizontally, and the instrument room is located in the front of the bus chamber, separated from the bus chamber by steel plate. The middle and lower parts of the cabinet are switching rooms with load switches, combined appliances, current transformers, voltage transformers, cable connections, etc. The bus compartment and switch room are separated by metal diaphragms and insulation isolation covers. When overhead lines are inserted, busbar access can be added to the top of the cabinet. According to the installation mode of the main switch, there are two different types of ring net cabinets with side-mounted and front-mounted structure for users to choose. Enclosure protection level is IP2X. The main switch adopts FK (R) N12A-12 or FZ (R) N25-12 switch. The arc extinguishing performance is stable and reliable. The switch has a unique bell-shaped static contact insulated cover with grounding valve structure. When the switch is disconnected and the grounding switch is closed, the valve automatically isolates the broken surface, so the maintenance is safe and reliable. The "Five Prevention" interlocking device is integrated with the operating mechanism of load switch and grounding switch.
