PHARMACOLOGICAL:
Ivermectinisanew-typeanthelminticwithbroad-spectrum,highefficacyandlowtoxicity.ItsmechanismofactionisincreasingthereleasingofthepolypideGABA(γ-minobutyricacid),openingtheCl-aislethatcontrolledbyaminoglutaminicacidandincreasingtheneurilemma'spermeabilityforCl-.Accordingly,thetransmissionofnervalsignalisblockedandthemuscle'scontractibilitylost,thepolypideisleadtoparalysisanddeath.
Thisproductisrapidlyabsorbedafterinjection,bloodconcentrationreachespeakvaluein2hours.Itdistributeswidelyingastrointestinaltract,internalorgansandskin.
INDICATIONS:
Akindofantiparasitedrug,usedinthetreatmentandpreventionofnematodiasis,mitediseaseandotherparasiticalinsectsdiseaseinlivestock.
1.Usedinthetreatmentofintracorporalparasiteinfectionssuchasroundworm,pinworm,metastrongylus,oesophagstomumandostertagisetc.
2.Ectozoainfectionssuchasburrowingmites,scabmitesandbloodliceincattle,sheep,pigsandrabbit.
3.Avoidtheinvasionofarthropodssuchasfly,tickandclegetc.
DOSAGEANDADMINISTRATION:

Foreachkgbodyweight:Cattleandsheep0.2mg,pig0.3mg.
Swine:0.3mg.
CONTRAINDICATIONS:
Administrationtolactatinganimals.
ADVERSEREACTIONS:
Aftersubcutaneousinjectionincattle,sometimessofttissuewillswellbutitwillnaturallyrecover.
