NBR PCA/Zx/Kgd/Tpm/Das Type Hydraulic Piston Seal

I.Design Standard
The hydraulic piston seal DAS series reference to Trelleborg's PCA,PCB series, Paker's ZX series,AS's KGD series and TPM series.... DAS Combined Seal is a two-way piston seal, composed of three parts: one ela-stic body A, two supporting rings B and two guide rings C.
The elastic body A has one special cross-section with three sealed mouths ti-ghtly pressed to the casing wall (dynamic seal). The middle mouth is the thickest of all so as to play the leading role in sealing while the other two complement sealing. The bottom side is tightly pressed to the bottom of the piston groove (silent seal), with considerable contact surface.
The supporting rings B are placed on both sides of A to fix its position by supporting A and preventing A from the radial sealing gap. The stepladder-like s-upporting rings B have many projections on the contact side with the sealing dev-ices so as to prevent the seal ring from rotating during operation.
The guide rings C, rectangular, are installed onto the piston to guide and a-bsorb the axial force. The guide rings have opened several axial grooves on both upper and lower parts, enabling the pressure oil to flow through the guide rings. Thus, the elastic body A can sense all the work pressures and rapidly release the pressures during change of direction, which can well avoid occurrence of sustain-able super pressure in front of A.
The material of DAS combined seal increase its hardness gradually from its i-nner to outer. based on this feature, it can respectively fulfill the functions of sealing, supporting and guiding. DAS combined seal is a self-tightening two-way piston seal. Initially, deformation of A generates a radial pre-tightening f-orce which increases with the increase of system pressure so as to exert a comp-letely sealed acting force. Even if the system has no pressure, the sealing eff-ect can be taken.

DAS combined seal is an integrated seal with only one groove needed for the sealing and guiding devices. A DAS combined seal is fitted in the closed groove for each piston. The compact sealing structure shortens the total length of the piston (oil cylinder), reduces the processing cost and owns the excellent prope-rty of backlogging-proof for the gaps. During operation, the elastic body will not twist but reduce friction with the reasonable leakage. The DAS combined seal is mainly applicable to seal the piston and the hydraulic cylinder, such as the bulldozer, the excavator, the mechanical loader, the crane, the hydraulic anchor gate and the agricultural machinery etc.
