Overview:
The equipment is made of stainless steel, in combination with the special yarn steaming cart; It can be realized of steaming 300-400Kg of yarn once. There are 2styles of yarn steaming cart, one style is of yarn fringe plugging, that is 96 numbers of yarn fringes are plugged along 2sides of the yarn steaming cart, the diameter of which is no more than 15 cm. The other style is of basket loading, that is having yarn evenness in the stainless or high temperature-resistant plastic porous baskets which are loaded on the yarn steaming cart, the cart is divided into up, middle and low layers. Each layer can be put 4baskets of yarn, so each cart can load 12 baskets of yarn. During the yarn steaming process, 3yarn steaming carts can function in the equipment of this yarn steaming chamber at the same time. Time parameters will be set, when the heat setting process is finished, the power and the steaming will be closed automatically and you will be informed by the digital msg.
