1. Characteristics of Material Applicable to Plate Extract Low Temperature Dryer
1.1 Raw materials for drying products: solid content (> 50%) and specific gravity (> 1.3). The rest are water extracts of traditional Chinese medicine.

Plate-type extract low-temperature dryer is a new vacuum low-temperature drying equipment developed according to the drying characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine extract. The whole machine consists of drying box main body, condensation device and solvent collector, water ring vacuum pump, water cooler and electric heating steam generator.

3. Main technical parameters:
The heating plate of the dryer consists of three layers of special aluminium plate with an effective heating area of 0.2m2.
3.1 Treatment capacity: When the water content of Chinese herbal extract is 50% and the specific gravity is more than 1.3, the total evaporation is 5-10KG/h water.
3.2 The solid content of raw material is 50%. When dried at 80 C, the dry powder yield (under 5% moisture content): 5-10KG/h
3.3 Material drying temperature: about 80 C.
3.4 Vacuum requirements: vacuum pump 0.095MPa or more

4.1 The main body of the drying box is a horizontal cylinder ofφ600x500,The built-in heating plate of special aluminum alloy is easy to disassemble, and the effective heating area is 0.2m2 .Installation of various mechanical components, with light mirrors, temperature sensors, internal pipes, racks, etc. Mechanic mirror polishing of the inner and outer surfaces. Contains automatic pneumatic corner seat valve, on-site display vacuum meter, etc. The automatic sterilization and cleaning function is set in the box body. The heating plate layer can be easily disassembled and cleaned manually.
4.2 Condensation unit and solvent collector: condensation area is 0.5m2, and working volume of solvent collector is 20L.
4.3 Water ring vacuum pump: model 2BV2060, motor power 0.81KW;
4.4 Air-cooled chiller, chilled water temperature range: - 20ºC to 10ºC;
4.5 Electrically heated steam generator: electric heating power 9KW, steam pressure less than 0.4MPa;
4.6 Stainless steel control cabinet, equipped with PLC, GOT and electrical control. Man-machine interface touch screen GOT operation, PLC programmable controller control, in touch screen GOT operation screen can use automatic or manual control, motor fault automatic alarm.
