Function:Harmless treatment equipment - dryer is a kind of machine which uses the principle of high temperature and high pressure to sterilize the body or pathological parts of diseased animals to achieve the purpose of harmless treatment. The equipment is suitable for large and medium-sized slaughterhouses, aquaculture farms and urban harmless treatment centers. A large amountof animal bone meal, fat and organic fertilizer are produced after drying and mechanization, which can realize resource utilization. Its treatment process includes pre-crushing, cooking&drying, degreasing, cooling, crushing packaging, waste gas and wastewater treatment.
Advantages:1. The single batch process is large, the sterilization effect is safe and thorough, and the treatment efficiency is stable and fast. The carcasses of the whole vehicle are put into the shredder and torn up, and then sent directly into the cookingmachine through a sealed screw conveyor for processing without human and animal contact.
2. Jacket structure, filled with steam. The stirring shaft is filled with steam to increase the heat transfer area and improve the production efficiency. High temperature 130 ºC, high pressure 3 MPa, degradation time more than 30 minutes to sterilize thoroughly.
3. Integral steel structure bracket can change installation position arbitrarily.
4. Intelligent, remote operation and unmanned operation, batch processing capacity can reach 3-5 tons, saving labor and time, simple and fast operation.
5. Stainless steel plate is used for external insulation to enhance corrosion resistance, prolong service life and have a beautiful appearance.
6. Utilize steam recovery system to recyclesteam to boiler to reduce energy consumption and save water source.
