Rod Cone Reversible Self-Alignment Idlers

Belt sideways movement is usually occurred in the process of conveying bulk materials in mining site, power plants and ports. Without prompt correction, when deviation reaches to some extent it will probably result in production accident and immeasurable loss to enterprises. CK alignment idler is the ideal correcting device to solve the problems caused by non-design and non-manufacture reasons and has been used widely across the conveying industry.
The central pivot has been refined to two side rollers, connecting with crank link. It is the ideal belt tracker for conveyor for its light weight, good sealing, low rotary resistance, long service life, strong ability of correction, stable operation.- When the belt deviation occurs, the speed difference at the contact point of the tapered roller and the tape produces an additional thrust so that the belt moves in opposite directions to achieve the purpose of correction.- The use of linkage structure ensures the synchronous rotation of the left and the right roller to achieve reliable and satisfactory correction. It has support rollers on both sides of the wheel body to ensure the stability of the support, rotation flexibility and sensitive correction.- It is easy to maintain when the link is upward while when the link is downward and hidden in the frame, collision with the connecting rod can be avoided.
