working principle
1. Main components of the machine: pelleting system, pressing system, discharging system, pelleting system, air cooling system, water cooling system, gas seal system, electrical system, rack, etc.
2. frame: the main materials are 20mm steel plate and channel 10 steel; Strong and durable, effectively prevent vibration caused by insufficient rigidity of the frame during high-speed operation.
3.The mixed materials are added into the machine by the feeding cylinder. The water-cooling system in the feeding barrel can take away the heat of part of the upper material. The material is fed downward by gravity and pressure system. At the same time, the pressing system can effectively prevent material bridging in the feeding cylinder The material enters the pelletizing system, is extruded in the cavity of the pelletizing blade and the screen, and then extruded from the screen to form cylindrical strip particles. The particle diameter is determined by the pore size of the screen, and the length is determined by the material characteristics, adhesive content, material temperature, pelleting speed, pelleting blade and screen clearance and other factors. The water cooling system in the pelleting floor can take away the heat of some lower materials.
4. After being extruded, the material passes through the air cooling system first. Bottom blowing air cooling technology: evenly blow air from inside and around the strip material, follow the natural flow of hot air outward and upward, so as to achieve the best effect of air cooling, effectively reduce the discharge temperature and prevent material agglomeration; At the same time, air seal is formed in the air outlet gap, so the material is not easy to leak to the inside. The material then enters the discharge system. Rotate the discharge material through the discharge material. Finally, the materials are concentrated into the whole grain system, and the length of the finished cylindrical particles is basically the same.
