This machine is through-flow continuous drying equipment, which is used for good breathability, flake-shaped, strip and granular materials. It is especially suitable for dehydrating vegetables, Chinese medicine beverage and other materials with high water content and high temperature. This series of drying machines have the advantages of fast drying speed, high evaporation strength and good product quality. The dehydrated filter cake and paste material can be dried after being granulated or made into a rod shape. Our company cooperated with Beijing Enfei, Nanchang Ruilin and other design institutes to develop a copper-based anode mud non-standard belt dryer, which was used by dozens of factories with good results.Working principle:
The material is evenly spread on the mesh belt by the feeder. The mesh belt generally adopts 12-60 stainless steel wire mesh, which is dragging material by the transmission gear into the dryer. The dryer is composed of several units; each unit has its own hot air circulation. Part of the exhaust gas is discharged by a special exhaust fan. The exhaust gas is controlled by a regulating valve. The process of heat and mass transfer is carried out from bottom to top or from top to bottom through the mesh belt covered with material and taking away the moisture. The mesh belt moves slowly, the running speed can be adjusted freely according to the required material processing temperature; finally the dried product continuously falls into the material outlet. The upper and lower circulation units can be flexibly changed (reequipped) according to customer needs as the number of units can also be selected according to the special requirements

Dehydrated vegetables, pelleted food, monosodium glutamate, coconut, organic pigments, synthetic rubber, propylene fiber, pharmaceuticals, medicinal materials, small wood products, plastic products, electronic components aging, curing, etc.

The best drying effect can be achieved by adjusting air volume, heating temperature, material retention time and feeding speed.
The equipment is flexible in configuration so we set it up with a mesh belt rinsing and material cooling system. Most of the air has cyclic utilization, which is highly energy efficient. The unique air separation device makes the hot air distribution more even and ensures the consistency of product quality. Heat source can be steam, heat - conducting oil, electricity or coal (oil) hot blast stove supporting.
