Characteristics of kiln body structure
1.Kiln body was round, effective height of about 23.8 meters, the effective diameter of 5.3 meters inside. The outer layer of the kiln body is a kiln shell with a steel structure.Three layers of 9 thermocouples are respectively arranged on the 3 different heights of the kiln body, and the temperature of the different regions of the kiln is respectively measured in order to adjust the temperature of the kiln in time. At the bottom of the kiln kiln bottom device is installed, the kiln bottom device comprises 6 nozzle, air supply to ensure combustion air throughout the kiln section of the uniform feeding, in addition to the installation of a discharging mechanism, to ensure the finished lime kiln in uniform discharge.

3.Calcining principle of mixed burning shaft kiln.The solid fuel (coke or anthracite) is uniformly mixed with the qualified stone,are distributed by the rotary distributor in the kiln,Under the action of self gravity, through the pre-heat, calcination, cooling, and finally burned into qualified finished lime.In the calcination zone, the two secondary air combustion of the coke or anthracite in the mixture and the cooling lime at the bottom of the kiln to produce heat, the temperature of the calcined belt is 1100 to 1250 degrees, and the lime is calcined.Due to the auxiliary combustion air pipe, ensure each point temperature is uniform, thus ensuring a uniform temperature of the kiln.Process flow
