1. Product use
This equipment is suitable for vacuum concentration, crystallization, extract, distillation, alcohol recovery and other functions of liquid materials such as pharmaceuticals, food, glucose, fruit juice, candy, biopharmaceuticals, chemical industry, etc. The equipment adopts vacuum concentration, so the concentration time is short, and the effective ingredients of thermal sensitive materials will not be destroyed.
Its working principle is that the boiler steam enters the spherical jacket to heat the material and liquid, and under the action of vacuum, the mixture vapor evaporates from the upper part, separates by the vapor-liquid separator, and the water is continuously extracted. The liquid is continuously evaporated in the reflux pot through the lower elbow of the separator, and the concentration is increased until the required specific gravity is concentrated and the paste is discharged from the outlet.

Product Performance
The equipment mainly consists of four main parts: concentrator body, vapor-liquid separator, cooler and water receiver. All the materials are manufactured by SUS304 to ensure that the production process meets GMP standards.
Concentrator: Double-layer structure is adopted. The material is heated by steam through the jacket. Pressure gauges and safety valves are installed on the steam pipeline to ensure the safety of production. The equipment is equipped with a viewing mirror for the operator to observe the evaporation of the material and a vacuum meter and a temperature meter to observe and master the indoor vacuum and the temperature of the material and liquid conveniently. Back manhole is easy to clean when replacing varieties.
Receiver: Receiver is located at the lower part of the cooler. Condensate water flows into the lower layer through pipes and is discharged through drainage pumps.
Cooler: The cooler is tubular.
Separator: The main function of the separator is to separate the mixture gas of medicine and liquid.
