Description
This is a one-component acrylic hydrolyzed antifouling coating based on ion exchange technology which has good antifouling properties. This antifouling effect is achieved by self-polishing properties and micro-erosion properties while reducing hull degradation. Use as a top coat only in an immersion environment. Suitable for construction on carbon steel substrates coated with certified primers and intermediate paints. It can be applied when the surface temperature is below 0 °C.
Usage
Recommended for underwater hulls of newbuilding and docking. Designed for ships with medium to low speeds and high sailing rates. As part of a complete coating package, this product provides up to 36 months of anti-fouling function.

When quickly applying a third or more antifouling coating, it is recommended to double the time before immersion.
The drying and curing times were determined based on temperature and relative humidity, relative humidity below 85%, and dry film thickness in the average dry film thickness.

Overcoat after drying, minimum interval: The recommended minimum time interval for the application of the next coat.

When using a two-component epoxy anti-corrosive primer, the recommended connecting paint for the anti-fouling paint is: JDGuard5345 modified epoxy intermediate paint or V218 vinyl joint paint, both of which have been carried out for many years. Coating verification, with high reliability.
